The only functional difference is multi-user. Every order feature (VAT, discount, drafts, reorder, price memory, auto-process, auto-email, branded confirmations) is available on both plans.
How multi-user works on Team
- One person (the owner) starts the subscription, connects Linnworks, and manages billing.
- The owner invites staff by email. Up to 4 staff in addition to the owner — 5 logins total.
- Staff sign in with their own email (magic-link). They share the owner's Linnworks connection, customer history, price memory, and subscription.
- Every order created by a staff member records who placed it (audit note + searchable Extended Property in Linnworks).
- Staff can't change billing, invite/remove members, or upload the custom logo. They can change their own POS toggles and default location.
Inviting a staff member
- Open Settings → Team (owner only — staff see a read-only "Member of <owner>" panel).
- Type the staff member's email and click Invite.
- They receive a magic-link email. When they click it and sign in, they're automatically attached to your team with an active seat.
- They see your team's Linnworks data the next time they open the POS.
Removing a staff member
In Settings → Team, click Remove on their row. Their seat becomes suspended immediately — they can still sign in but they're blocked from the POS until reinstated. The seat is freed automatically.
(Why "suspended" rather than "deleted"? So you can re-add them later without losing the audit trail of orders they placed.)
Switching plans
Your subscription is billed by Linnworks. Open Apps → Application Store → Trade Order POS inside Linnworks and change your plan there — the app picks up the new plan automatically (within a few minutes, or immediately after reopening the app).
- Solo → Team: extra seats open up; you can invite immediately
- Team → Solo: all staff seats are automatically suspended the moment the plan changes. The owner stays. You don't need to do anything —

Branded order confirmations (Team)
Owners can upload a custom logo at Settings → Branding. It replaces our default mark on the PDF order confirmations sent to customers (and on the printable copy).
Format requirements:
- PNG or JPG, 250KB max
- Best rendered at 240×80px (3:1 landscape) — we scale to fit
- Stored securely in our KV store, scoped to your account
