B2B Price Tiers
Tiered wholesale pricing for every SKU — fed straight into Trade Order POS.
B2B Price Tiers is a standalone SaaS plugin for Linnworks wholesalers and trade sellers. It lets you manage tiered B2B pricing across all your SKUs in one place, then feed the right price to Trade Order POS automatically — so the moment your staff pick a customer, the cart shows that customer's agreed prices.
The app lives at b2b-prices.mcp-g.com. Connect Linnworks once, sync your catalogue, set your pricing rules, and let the formula engine do the maths across thousands of SKUs.
What it does
- Price tiers — named price levels (four by default: Enterprise, Trade, Wholesale, RRP). Rename, recolour, add or delete them freely in Settings.
- Linnworks sync — import every SKU with its Linnworks cost (purchase price) and RRP (retail price). Re-sync whenever your catalogue changes.
- Pricing Rules — a formula engine that computes each tier's price from a base, an operation and attractive rounding, then applies it across every SKU in one click.
- Price Grid — a spreadsheet view of every SKU with a column per tier, with inline editing, search and pagination.
- Bulk maths — select rows and apply a one-off adjustment with live preview.
- CSV import & export — round-trip your prices through a spreadsheet.
- Customers → tiers — assign each Linnworks customer to a tier.
- Push to Linnworks — write tier prices back to Linnworks as Extended Properties.
- Trade Order POS integration — POS reads the assigned tier and prices the cart automatically.
How the pieces fit together
- Sync your Linnworks catalogue so the app knows every SKU, its cost and its RRP.
- Define your tiers and set a pricing rule for each (e.g. Trade = Cost + 35%, rounded to .99).
- Apply All Rules to compute prices for every SKU, or fine-tune individual cells in the Price Grid.
- Assign customers to tiers on the Customers screen.
- Trade Order POS reads each customer's tier and applies their prices automatically at the till.

B2B Price Tiers is a hosted web app at b2b-prices.mcp-g.com. You connect it to Linnworks by pasting a 32-character install token — see Getting Started.
