Getting Started

You'll be syncing your catalogue and setting your first price tier in a few minutes. Install from the Linnworks Application Store — you can then use the app inside Linnworks or standalone in its own browser tab.

Option A: Install from inside Linnworks (recommended)

  1. Open Linnworks → Apps in the sidebar
  2. Search the App Store for B2B Price Tiers and click Install
  3. Approve the permissions Linnworks asks for (Inventory read+write, Processed Orders read — we do not request Customers, shipping, refunds or billing)
  4. B2B Price Tiers now appears in your Apps list. Click it.
  5. The app loads inside Linnworks via our iframe at https://b2b-prices.mcp-g.com/embed?token=[{TOKEN}] — your Linnworks session signs you in automatically.
  6. Your 14-day free trial starts automatically — everything included, no card details needed. You're in, with three default tiers already created and your catalogue import starting automatically.
  7. To keep using the app after the trial, subscribe from Apps → Application Store → B2B Price Tiers inside Linnworks (£29.99/month, inc VAT) — billing is handled entirely by Linnworks.

Option B: Use it standalone (web & mobile)

Want to manage pricing outside Linnworks — a laptop, or a second screen? You can, once you've installed from the Linnworks Application Store and opened the app once inside Linnworks (Option A).

  1. Install B2B Price Tiers from the Linnworks Application Store and open it once inside Linnworks (Option A above) — this connects your account.
  2. Go to b2b-prices.mcp-g.com and sign in with the same email as your Linnworks account — we send a magic link, no password needed.
  3. You're instantly connected to the same account — same tiers, prices and customers as inside Linnworks.

Given an install token directly? Private (non-Store) installs are issued a 32-character install token by Linnworks. Paste it on the app's Connect Linnworks page — it's validated before saving. Application Store customers never need to touch a token.

Your first price tier in a few minutes

  1. Your catalogue imports itself. On first load the app automatically pulls every SKU with its Linnworks cost (purchase price) and RRP (retail price) — the building blocks every pricing rule works from. Whenever your catalogue changes later, click Sync Linnworks to refresh.
  2. Review your tiers. Three default tiers are created for you (Enterprise, Wholesale, Trade) — rename, recolour, delete or add tiers in Settings, and set a minimum order value per tier if you use one.
  3. Set a pricing rule. On Pricing Rules, pick a base price (Linnworks cost, RRP, or another tier), an operation (e.g. +40%) and rounding (e.g. round up to .99). Click Preview to sanity-check a few SKUs.
  4. Apply. Click Apply All Rules to compute prices for every SKU across every ruled tier — they land straight in the Price Grid.
  5. Push to Linnworks. On Push to Linnworks, choose which tiers to push and click the button — each tier writes as an Extended Property (PRICE_TIER_<NAME>) on every SKU.
  6. Assign customers. On Customers, assign Linnworks customers to a tier — Trade Order POS then applies their tier price automatically.

That's the loop. Read Pricing Rules for the full formula reference.
