Getting Started
Getting set up takes a few minutes: create your account, connect Linnworks with an install token, sync your catalogue, then set your pricing rules. This page covers connecting and syncing.
1. Create your account
- Go to b2b-prices.mcp-g.com and sign up.
- Your 14-day free trial starts straight away — everything is included, and you can cancel any time.
2. Connect Linnworks
B2B Price Tiers connects to your Linnworks account using a 32-character install token.
-
Open Settings → Linnworks connection
In the app, go to Settings and find the Linnworks connection panel.
-
Paste your 32-character install token
Paste the install token from your Linnworks application authorisation into the token field. The app validates the token on save — if it isn't a valid 32-character token, or Linnworks rejects it, you'll see an error and nothing is saved.

Save
Once the token validates, your connection is live and you can sync.
Where does the install token come from? It's the token Linnworks gives you when you authorise the application against your account. It's 32 characters long. Keep it private — it grants access to your Linnworks data.
Opening inside Linnworks. Once you've installed the app from the Linnworks Applications area, it opens embedded inside Linnworks and signs you in automatically — no email needed. It also works standalone at b2b-prices.mcp-g.com.
3. Sync Linnworks
With Linnworks connected, click Sync Linnworks. The app imports every SKU in your catalogue, bringing in each item's:
- Linnworks cost — the purchase price held in Linnworks.
- RRP — the retail price held in Linnworks.
These two values are the building blocks your pricing rules work from. SKUs, costs and RRPs all populate the Price Grid.
Re-sync whenever your catalogue changes. Added new SKUs, or changed costs or RRPs in Linnworks? Click Sync Linnworks again to pull the latest catalogue. Re-syncing updates costs and RRPs and adds any new SKUs.
4. Next steps
- Review and name your tiers in Settings — see Customers & Tiers for tier management.
- Set a pricing rule per tier and click Apply All Rules.
- Assign customers to tiers, then wire up Trade Order POS.
